The workshop will close with another class helping you to deeply engage the core muscles required in daily life as well as high intensity athletics. This workshop is highly recommended to those who attend Laura's drop-in classes to gain a deeper understanding of the Pilates method and terminology to take their own pilates practice to a new level.
